The markers are specially designed to be ergonomic for little hands, have really blunt foam tips that make big dots if you press them against a surface are, and uses non-toxic, washable quality colours that blend together if dots of different colours end up on top of each other. The child fill in the printed outlines on the white inside of the folding cards, and then you just close the cards so that the illustrated front of the card with punched out areas end up in front of the coloured side, and suddenly you have four nice colourful pictures. The child can add dots wherever they like- when the card is closed all the little mistakes disappear behind the illustration, and great results is basically guaranteed! You also get loose sheets of paper with extra outlines to practice on, and that can be placed inside the corresponding cards to change the look of the pictures.
